Fourteen months on the team behind volumetric video of live sports. I built the AWS pipeline that runs the processing, the FastAPI backend in front of it, and the CI/CD that ships each stage, and kept multi-day GPU training runs alive on a SLURM cluster. On the ML side, I co-designed a dynamic-scene 3D reconstruction method in PyTorch.
Built a 3D reconstruction pipeline over photogrammetry captures, from COLMAP structure-from-motion to photorealistic reconstructions the artists worked from. Also automated deployment with Bash, Nginx templates and systemd.
An operations hub for a student club's executive team: announcements, tasks, department boards, event requests and a shared calendar, with role-based access. Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL and Prisma on Supabase, NextAuth, deployed on Vercel.
